All Abandoned .com. It's become quite mature on its own, but it all started with a site dedicated to the Pines Hotel. That site is here:
The Pines Hotel -- Fallsburg, NY. I will go ahead and declare this site the unofficial authority on The Pines Hotel. On this site there are old and new pictures, anecdotes, and all kinds of other information. There is also an active discussion forum. There are other sites that carry galleries and info on The Pines, however, this site is dedicated solely to The Pines. I know The Pines like the back of my hand. If you've ever been there, and we chat about your visit, I can bring up a vivid recollection of literally every square foot of the hotel which I actively and systematically have searched. It's really an amazing place. It used to be quite magically frozen in time, but that was illusory, and it seems to have passed any hope of restoration as the damage is just too severe.

The Gallon Challenge Organization
If you've ever heard of trying to drink a gallon of milk without vomitting, you're already familiar with the idea behind the Gallon Challenge. This year was the 5th year the event took place, and for the first time, we used it as a vehicle for a social agenda. This year we successfully raised money for charity, and gained a bit of press in the process. Expect to see a much larger event next year.

SLAPM -- Mutiple Away Messages in AIM
SLAPM operated in a manner similar to other sub-profile sites with one major distinction: the capability to have unique "profiles" displayed to different buddies. This was my big project, and I intended to let it run for a while. Unfortunately, between seeing what AIM Triton was about to make AIM become, and having my Google Adsense account shut down for some unknown reason, I shut the site down, preparing for impending doom.
