This is my favourite time of the year! The fall colours are almost at peak, there are no bugs, the weather is cool and there are no crowds at the provincial parks (save Algonquin and a few others that go nuts with leaders.)
Spent this past weekend up at the cottage and will be heading up next weekend for Thanksgiving. Did a hike with the fam, hit up the Trout farm and landed a nice 3 pound Rainbow to cook up. Caught a small Pike up at the cottage and almost landed a very big Walleye before it somehow slipped off the hook.
This first shot is from Algonquin. I took my son on his first canoe trip and we spotted this on the way out. All those white things are spider webs!
