People like myself? I tend to keep a low profile legally.
I've dealt with many LEOs over the decades.
You're going have fun if you start talking shit like this to them.
States are given a margin of leeway under the Constitution.
States laws vary, are legal and binding.

The state you're in matters unless it's federal trespassing... even more fun

Your confused let me clear that up for you, unless it's federal property, all 50 states are required to have a no trespassing sign posted and visible.

How much dealing you've had with anyone or how long you've done something isn't a valid statement to give you credibility and means nothing.

If you have dealings with town cops of course you will get their way of law even if it is federal it's where the ignorance of most people come into play.

If you all want to believe all that matters is state and federal statutes don't matter be my guest.

To all the people arguing you have all this experience and know so much, ask yourself this:

How come I don't have any charges, ever been arrested, or had any record of trespassing or other charges INCLUDING Equipment, ever anything stick in court IN ANY STATE this includes New Jersey where people think a NO-trespassing sign isn't needed. You also wont' find my name or any incident I did in any reports either.
You going to tell me I got lucky every single time.

People just give it up..it's getting stale now.

And because people are going to get stupid, let me just say you don't have to get arrested to be given a court date.

So quit arguing with me.

^No you're confused.
Ignorance of the law is not a defense.
Eagerly waiting for your "I got busted" thread.
The cops are going to eat you alive... a prediction.

You have been here before haven't you?
Pegged you for a possible troll even before this thread.
You're boring me with your bs malaka.

That wont' happen because I know how law works and where and when to argue and what to argue about.

For the record (This isn't bragging it's to make a point)

I've never been arrested EVER and I've dealt with all levels of law enforcement ranging from security guards and college campus sheriffs all the way up to Federal agents such as FBI and even one NSA agent (That one seriously scared the shit out of me). Have I been detained and given court dates..absolutely. but I've always been let go and any court cases were never filed.

I've been on property that had no trespassing signs and got approached I've also been on property in New Jersey that has no signs at all (Which BTW was the main reason I was let go) I was even on a property in New Jersey that has a sign but it wasn't visible. There were small other factors in letting me go but that was the main one. I also do not really care if people believe me or not..I'm not here to convince anyone of anything. I have also been approached with full gear, my hammer, grappling hook, etc..again Never arrested.

This is not to brag it's just me establishing that most of you arguing with me have zero clue what you're even trying to argue about with me. And you're right i don't have half as much exploring experience as some people on this forum and many of you have dealt with more LEO's but How many you deal with isn't really relevant, how you deal with the ones you do encounter that counts. And so far I've never been arrested, charges pressed, or any jail time

talking about and or don't know how to really deal with true law enforcement encounters.

Just stop trying to debate with me it's getting stale now.

So you guys can continue doing things how you believe things work. And I'll continue doing things my way which is how things work and haven't failed me in over 20 years.

This topic was about a deed registry to help people out, and some of the fig nuts on this forum just have to turn anything they can into an argument.

Why can't people just leave a topic alone and be grateful of the information provided, instead if picking out random aspects of it to pick fights?

You blew it up with a vague title then rambling inaccurate first post, posted in what should be a strictly technical forum.
Do that on UER expect blowback.
If you further fan the flames, expect an inferno.

I think you knew that already...
if you're not trolling and really are that shook out, I'd still be all over you like a cheap suit.

The title is fine and nothing was confusing, you're just a fucking retard that has absolutely no clue how to read and has zero to no reading comprehension you've done this to almost every topic I have made, if it's not you it's one of the other 3 retards.

Also none of you contribute anything useful or real.

I create a topic that gives helpful info to people about the registry, and instead of leaving it alone with what it's for, you fuckwads just have to come into it and derail it and destroy it with unrelated information and have a 3 hour argument about trespassing.

You clowns took a topic about what's in a backpack and turned it into some rant about Vaseline and even posted a video where I clearly stated it was a theory and don't know how true it is it's just what I read and carried that on and on ignoring that and trying argue that I said it was a fact and did it. Despite the video even says otherwise

This topic has gone from a topic about the DEED REGISTRY, to the bullshit pointless argument about state law.

You and the other meat sticks constantly go around into topics flooding them with complete and useless unrelated points, then leave a reply like the one you acting like its the topic creators fault you rejects are arguing.

You and a few other people should have already been banned from this forum and I'm not the only person who thinks this.

I've been sent messages from a lot of people warning me about how you guys behave and what you do to topics any chance you get especially to newer posters.

a few of you aren't even in the US and yet you're trying to argue how the US IS, you would then say you've been to the US a few times to try and discredit someone correcting you.

You all then start bringing up modifying topics tons of times as if you believe saying that will give you some leverage to talk down to me.

The fact is, the 4 of you are uneducated, don't really have a clue how things really work, and then you try to argue aspects about a subject totally ignoring key facts that counter your own arguments. And then you argue about that.

Just quit already. Stay the fuck out of business you don't know about because you're cancer to this forum.

Speaking as one of the leading neoplasms on UER I must admit that The Great Malaka's 3000 explores in a 20 year span far exceeds my puny sploring experience.
Also I have no grappling hook experience at all.

At least you're self aware 😂 I never thought i'd see the day I'd be high-fiving Max power, 2X and yourself all in the same thread!😂

I guess the lesson to be learned is that nothing brings people together like a flame war against a common troll lol
