There are several stories there from Lakin. My trip report on this place will include two more as well.

I was unaware that Lakin was so active. I was down there with Oherian this summer and I didn't feel anything of importance and nothing happened while we are there. I would really like to go back and see if there is anything different.

I want to go back at night again. The last time I was there at night was ... eerie. But it was also a dark and stormy night (literally!), so I'm sure that made a difference in the way it felt.

I'm thinking of making an excursion to Lakin in the coming months. Tell me, is it a place one can just drive up to, or is subterfuge and ninjitsu required?

It's quite open. In fact, its one of the easiest places I have ever been to.

I've been ... I think four times. The only time I ever had any trouble was when I tried to hide my car. I think I may have blocked a road I didn't realize was a road.

Was that the time I was up there?

No, that was another time. At night, with Dusty, Ryan, and Greg. Greg stayed in the car because he felt sick and wanted to sleep. While Dusty, Ryan, and I were away -- and Ryan was scared out of his mind -- Greg said a guy in a truck pulled up and looked in the window at him. Nothing came of it, though.

I park near the barn on that dirt road that somewhat leads up to that abandoned two story house near the sewage treatment. I don't think any of us seems to have explored it...

How is this even 'exploration'? It's a loving house you've already been in you weirdo!

Sadly, no. I tried transferring the files at work, but screwed up the driver installation, and I haven't tried again. I should set it up on my laptop.
