Circumstances have dictated these are the two cars I have to choose from (long story) and maybe and Audi A4 don't know much about it, but it has 174,000 mi. but it's probably gonna be either the Lincoln or the Buick. Also someone mentioned to me a 2002 Volkswagon Golf(I think that's how it's spelled) but that also looks unlikely. If anyone has any info or suggestions on these two cars I would appreciate it. i kicked you a reply in the Car forum there... I still say Buick. I was never a big fan of Fords, and the LS, despite being a really sweet car new, is at that mileage point where shit may start to break... With the Buick, it's very important (!!!!) to have a mechanic you TRUST IMPLICITLY drive the car. The weak point on those big old Buick was the transmissions. I'm pretty sure the situation was rectified by 2002, BUT again, when shelling out cash, never be too careful.

I;m not a fan of imports, so i might not be the best person to ask about VW/Audis.
I personally don't like them and have never had luck with them. You'll talk to 16 other people that have... it's one of those things.
