Both of these 1st floor rear bedrooms had spongy floors a few months ago but this on on the right almost gave way under my weight of 230 lbs. I anm no longer crossing the kitchen planks as anything beyound this the floors are rotting at an astounding rate.

The rest of the house is still solid exceept for the bricks on the front that hold up 2 levels of wooden decks.
