Well, I went there. There's not much left; other than some outlying buildings and half of a condo block, (three story building, half of it is condos), most of it has been converted into condos. Only one building was actually accessible, the other outlying ones were locked and boarded up. The good news is that even though I went in the middle of the day, the construction workers didn't notice me at all, and I never got caught. The only thing to look out for is people sitting in idle cars at the edge of the property, as they might stop you (They didn't care about me, though)
