I visited this location and found that much of the information here is outdated.
I went midday, and I'm pretty sure it was on a weekend.

-There was no guard.
-There was an easy, obvious POE (which looked new)
-POE was accessed without any trouble.
-I had no problem with the parole office, I actually parked in their parking lot.
-Several people walked by with their dogs, but said nothing.
-There was still plenty of asbestos (obviously )
-The owl family still lives here!

Since I only went once, this information might not be consistent with everyday expectations at sunny acres. I'm pretty confident it's always this lax though, especially considering the new POE.
