I know that this question is several years old, but I'm going to chime in anyway. As of October 2019 (I haven't been near there over the last few months), one of the buildings in the northeast corner of the property has been demolished and leveled out. The remaining 20-22 buildings are still there and accessible; although half of them should probably be avoided (due to rot, hornets/wasps, etc). Originally, the guy that purchased the property wanted to bulldoze everything and rape the land for the shale gas drilling rights. However, the 'gov' chimed in and basically told him that they'd bend him over if he didn't have the property 100% abated of hazardous materials before ripping stuff out. So, for now, it basically sits as is, 20+ acres of old radar station. Be forewarned though, if you decide to venture out there, do it at your own risk. The owner is a dick and will not hesitate to have you charged with trespass/criminal trespass. Additionally, the local cops still patrol the property on a pretty regular basis.
