A couple friends and I tried visiting the Buckshot factory, but we failed to find any sort of abandoned structure resembling a factory anywhere near the listed address; excluding a small two-story, one room per level building, that we had encountered inside the Irving Dump. (This is where the address of the buckshot factory lead us.) The building we found was stripped down to its core from weather and neglect. It was way overgrown and completely falling apart; however, it didn't resemble the factory so we assumed it has been completely demolished. This was the only abandoned type building we found, and it was very small. (Pic Included.) We explored the surrounding area for awhile, encountering a horse ranch, long hiking trails, the bridge of MacArthur that crosses the river, and even a long since forgotten car buried deep into the topsoil. (Pic Included.) However, we never did find this buckshot factory.

I was disappointed I did not see your thread sooner. I went with some friends to find the factory, but only found a newly built trail. We were disappointed.

I've unintentionally been auditing Mr. Barry Kooda's locations lately, because they are amazing and I'm trying to give a second shot at trying to find them like I did a few years ago lol. Looks like the place is now owned by Dallas Lite and Barricade. Last time to be able to possibly visit was in 2015 before renovations.
