	The Regional Municipality of Waterloo has just purchased the hotel and lands for 1.8 million dollars. Due to the close proximity of the site to the adjacent railway tracks, there is talk of the region and the provincial government extending GO service here and developing a GO Transit station. With the new ownership, I see imminent demolition of the old hotel in the near future. Get there while you can!!!
