We've avoided being specific on purpose - there are 6 titan 1 bases in Colorado, this thread discusses them all in general, I know several folks have visited the one for sale though I personally have done nothing more than a driveby on it.

They are all fairly similar but from what I understand the site for sale is in better shape than the others.

There has got to be more to life than just being really, really, really, ridiculously good-looking.

No, you're right. It doesn't.
The one for sale, if I call it correctly, was the one featured on the "Urban Explorers" show on the Discovery Channel. Still flooded. Still dirty. Just not as raved-out as it were.
Of course it would take another couple viewings to confirm that assumption, but my fantastic DVR box suffered an irreparable hard drive anomaly, and I no longer have that particular episode recorded.
Although I do, on a lighter note, still have the "Mail Call" special on NORAD. That's freakin' sweet, yo.

In "Urban Explorers", they conveniently shot a bit on the outside of the silo showing a building in the background. It's not too hard to find that on Google Earth.

It was a bit dirtier than I expected a silo that was on the market for over $1M to be. I would have thought that some attempt to start cleaning it up would have been made. And that attempt would have failed when they realized what a big job it was. It doesn't look like much had been done other than a bit of salvage work.
