A friend of mine called me and told me that they've started tearing this place down - anyone know any details? I'm gonna go check it out tomorrow, will report back.

Went by tonight, definitely being torn down. The No Trespassing sign says its owned by the Memphis City Council. One of the buildings on the east side is already down. Dozers and construction equipment abound. If you wanna go here, I suggest you do it soon, and at night, 'cus it looks like it won't be around much longer.

I drive by there on Sundays on my way back from points West. I believe it is fully gone now.
