	Wait! Is this included in the Delphi facility along the new US 35? That place looks like it won't hang around much longer with all the financial problems they are having, either.

	No sir. This site is the defunct Harrison Radiator Plant. The Dayton city gods intend to convert the land, and the main building, into a modern "technology park" of sorts. The main building (on the right as you view the pano) still stands. It will be rehabbed. I've been in it several times now. There's still plenty of good UE-ing left in it. Alas, most of the cool industrial stuff that was inside has been removed.
