So what is the status of this now? I'm not in SBN or I'd take a look myself. Is any of it still remaining?

I haven't been recently, though I would guess it's at least 60% or more gone.

There's still quite a few Studebaker buildings around. The big one with the water tower on top (across the tracks from the baseball stadium) is still there, along with a building over on Sample St (I went through it years ago), and the Administration Building (which has some GORGEOUS murals and details). There are a bunch of old buildings in the "studebaker Corridor" yet. I'll have to see what pictures I have of some of them.

By the way - has anyone seen any maps of the tunnels (or heard of them?) that run under most of these buildings?

Which portions of the buildings are currently active? Any idea?

A few Studebaker buildings still stand in South Bend, but the only one left in the main complex is the Foundry. Just checked out the foundry, here are some shots: http://www.uer.ca/...urrpage=1&pp#post0

The demolition is in full swing and this location will be gone within a couple weeks.
