	The city DOES NOT own this. This is definitely private property. Wags and I found out the hard way today. I'm not sure who the owner is, but he has no tolerance or sense of humor about anyone being there. If you go, your best bet is find him before going and try and get permission. Although the way we were greeted today, I seriously doubt permission is gonna happen. He wasn't in any mood to talk other than threaten prosecution and tell us beat it. Just a warning.
