Some buddies and I rode our mountain bikes there yesterday (October 25, 2020). Please is in much worse shape compared to what's shown in the last set of photos, unsurprisingly. The County has put up some cones and barricades on the gate from Bohlman Rd, but doesn't seem to be any concerted effort to keep people out. On the north side of Bohlman, which is supposedly the other side of this county park (Stuart Ridge), there are some bike trails we regularly ride down into Villa Montalvo. It's also in close proximity to some houses where we think the trail builders live. I have been accosted by who I think are the trail builders, and have been told to keep out. I have also spotted signs that warn riders to stay away and that messing with any of the developed trails will get you killed. These are all bike-specific warnings from the locals, not from land managers trying to keep people out. I have not noticed any game cameras anywhere, either on/near the road or within the park.
I took a lot of photos, and will try to post them soon. They're quite a contrast to the photos posted circa late-2000s. I will try to post
