	i was here in july.. just wondering if that main building is ever unlocked? like for tours or anything? or is it just an empty shell that remains locked for anti-trespassing purposes?

They don't open it, it's maintained by the guys at Fort George.
The only time it's opened is to check on things, but never for tours.
It is very unsafe inside
