Just an FYI to those that decide to check out this FINE establishment.
It would appear that everyone I know of that has stepped foot on this property has been greeted by "Crack Head Security Services" Phrenzee mentioned it to Marvin, Marvin and I went and were also confronted, it was quite comical actually, he came bounding down the road, in his trench coat, stating he was security and was living at a place right down the road, which I later found out is abandoned as well, so what he really meant to say was "Squating" down the road.
Anyway, he approached us, stated he was security, so we told him we were perspective buyers. He asked for a smoke, neither of us smoked so Marvin flipped him 2 bucks to shove off and leave.
My other friend was also out just before myself and Marvin and also bumped into this guy.

Long story short. If you go, and if he comes. Tell him you are perspective buyers, and tell him you spoke to "Todd" already. That is who he says is the owner. Make sure you either have a couple smokes or a couple bucks in your pocket and he will be on his merry way!

Cool place, but pitch black, it's really too bad there isn't some natural light in there!

Just an update, went back with a friend yesterday, and this place has been TRASHED, any glass, mirror, bottle, cup, saucer, fish tank, etc.. that was whole is no longer. It's a bloody mess.
Just goes to show, it say empty for YEARS. It gets posted on UER and within a month it's destroyed.

I doubt that UER has anything to do with it being trashed. The 'security' guy told me that someone had recently busted the some of the doors and windows, which is why it was open. Someone had also sprayed the fire extinguisher around. It was only a matter of time before they returned to do further damage.

visited this place earlier today. Sadly no crack head security came around. The place has been re-boarded up but all the portables in the back are open. same wit the three tractor trailers. How come no ones gone to the backyard of this place yet? Its ridiculous there's a somewhat pristine Lincoln in one of the garages

Never thought to when there was access to the main building. I noticed driving by that they had boarded the place up right.
