Anyone ever tried to check out their Provincial Shelters?

There's one here in Ontario about an hour north of Toronto which is privatly owned.

The owner is a pretty decent person, I've spoken to him a few times before. Unfortunatly, they have no plans on opening it up, instead, they are using part of it as a storage shed for construction efforts.

It would totally kick ass to get inside it though. There's two obvious doors as well as a very elaborate under-water entrance system.
