	i was just thinking, GM races WTC with their Cruze? Why can't Slopar run their quasi-italian mutant Neon in rallycross?

I have seen a Dodge Shadow CSX rally car. I have not seen it finish a rally yet.

...that Neon is cool with the exception of that horrible JC Whitney Evo hood scoop.
