Coffee...one cup per day BLACK. No bread. Ditto white rice. Ditto butter. Et cetera. 	Last year I went on a diet with my mom and ended up losing 50lbs. My bf wants to start dieting soon and I think I'll join him to be supportive.

	Huh. Wife...sorry, ex wife, tried that one on me. Thing is, she's a curvy girl, and I would have trouble coming up with enough fat to fry a potato chip. I told her, "I'll run, walk or work out with you anytime, and I will not eat shit food in front of you, but I'm not following that fucked up diet." A few tears, a week of diet, and she gave up.
