Greetings all. Some of you may know me, some may not. I usually hang out on the Quebec and Tutorials boards. I can't say that I'm a believer per se, but I do appreciate a good ghost story.

My urban legends background comes mostly from lurking at alt.folklore.urban and having a relative who has forwarded me every urban myth that's been circulating the internet for the past few years, despite my repeated efforts to get her to go to snopes and check it out before hitting the forward button.

I'm interested in somewhat scholarly historical research into weird stuff.

Welcome, hopefully we get more members here soon, and kick this thing off. I myself have been interested in ghosts, thats what got me started on UE. I went to explore an abandoned mental asylum in denver, and next thing you know, I started UEing. Welcome to the board.

Just popping and saying hello. Most of you know me as the never ending poster from months past. Annoyed some, helped some, confused most. Anyways, I found myself confused to see this board added to my list when I was checking up on a few things. So that's how I'm posting here now. Still confused on this, but hey. Who am I to question?

Anyways, I'm chock full of urban legends, ghost stories, tales of the weird and what not. (wait I run a website dedicated to this kind of thing) Ok so I'm biased and talking to myself...don't mind me.

On that whole website topic it's true. Myself and Carrie founded Haunted Pennsylvania to be a kind of "mythbusters of UE" We've been a bit sidetracked lately, but hope to get back into the full swing of things soon.

So yea...if that makes any sense to anyone but me great! If not...prepare to be very very confused in the future.
