I laughed when I read that the owners "started painting over the graffiti," but they actually are. All the graffiti on the windows is still there, but the building itself has been painted all beige.

I wonder if they will follow up on their word to install an alarm? Installing an alarm on a few doors/windows wouldn't run more than a couple hundred bucks, although they'd have to get phone service installed. The paint job alone has to be costing thousands.

Isn't Crosley basically gutted?

In any case, they're wasting their time. Everyone (me excluded) has been there already.

Yeah, there's not much to see in Crosley anymore anyway. I've been twice, a little over a year apart, and now the only reason to go there is the rooftop.

edit: And I'm actually sort of bummed about painting over the graffiti, there were some genuinely good pieces there. Tons of crap, too, though.

It's been resealed quite well at least from the street.
