	I just, er, "got" a copy of Pokemon Black 2. It comes as an "NDS" files, which I know means Nintendo DS, but what would one use to run it on a PC? And what exactly are "ROM's"? It stands for read-only memory (I assume. That may have changed) but what does it mean in this context? Thanks.

	Sounds like you're gonna need a Nintendo 3DS emulator. If you were resourceful enough to download the game file onto your computer, then I have faith that you'd be able to find a free download of a 3DS emulator after a few google searches.

	I love classic arcade emulators. Look around google and you will find tutorials on downloading and using emulators with the roms you "purchased"

	I don't know if there is an R4 specifically, there are definitely flashcards that are compatible with the 3DS. ROMs are still read only memory, its just referring to the information on a game cartridge that's stored as read only memory.
