do you guys remember the late 80's Toyota Supra or even the MR2? The manual shift models had a shifter that looked like a leather-clad penis.
Seriously.

after reading that link, i wish i had kept all those issues of Car & Driver, Motor Trend, Popular Hot Rodding, Hot Rod, and Car Life my dad had left in the garage... all the way back to 1963.
