Tonight, my Mom decided to have my sister, her husband and my nephew for supper, no big deal. Other than my sister being a bitch and criticizing my stuff and being angry because I can afford to spend money when I want something and don't have to buy a used Ipad from Ebay. I'm not saying that Ebay is bad, but there is one thing that I don't buy from Ebay or used, and that's electronics. I've been burned too many times.

She just irritates me because she finds something wrong with everything I do and everything I like. From the groceries I buy, to the music I listen to, to the clothes I wear and the people I work with and care about.

I spent my last weekend off with her and nearly wanted to kill her by the end of it. I don't not spend time with her because of my nephew. She takes care of him, don't get me wrong, but there are things that they won't do with or for my nephew, so I do them.

She just pisses me off. I put up with it because of Ben, but I'm really close to blowing a fucking gasket on her.

Nah, I will piss her off pretty soon...enough to make her not talk to me for a month. Usually it happens at least every other month.

Apple store does sell their own refurbs (both in CA and US), and they do get the standard 1 yr Apple warranty. Certainly better than buying from a third party on Ebay.

She seems like a bit of an idiot for not realizing that you 'do your own thing'. Its petty to winge over how much money you make, she can get a new job if it upsets her that much. I don't know if you have a significant other or not, but I have never gotten the impression you do. Shes married and has a kid, so shes got more financial burden; She made her choice and she has to live with that. Theres also nothing wrong about giving a shit about your co-workers.

She's just flat out lazy. Her and I do not like each other and can barely tolerate to be in the same room together. Ask Shael... it's actually quite laughable.

Lazy and irritating. A lot of it is jealousy due to the money issues, but more of it is due to what she thinks about my parents and me. She believes that my parents and I owe her money because when my stepdad got sick and couldn't work, she paid bills for about six months or so because I wasn't working. I think I paid that back a long fucking time ago.

She's managed to use that and my nephew to get my mom to give her some of the money that I give my mom to buy groceries and bills.

I've gotten to the point where I just buy extra food when I go shopping instead of giving her cash. It just irritates me. I do it for Ben so he doesn't have to go without, because his parents won't. The two of them are the most selfish people on the face of the earth and I refuse to let the kid go without, even if I end up working overtime the rest of my life to do it.

This is the big problem with her. Well, with both of them.

I have nothing against saving money, but when your savings means more to you than what your kid wears to school or eats for dinner, this bothers the fuck out of me. This is more my brother in law than my sister, she just is expected to feed both of them on her salary and take care of her needs and Ben's so he can save his. I will not let my nephew go without. I don't give a shit about ether of them, but damn it, that kid won't and shouldn't have to suffer. Not if I can help it.

What irks me more is that my brother in law lets me do it and makes more money than I do.

Nothing will fix the situation, but I can't let the kid go without.

I'm one of those people who will save money to get something I want. I probably won't leave anyone much behind, but I will have had a good time while I was here. I have a set amount of money in the bank, don't get me wrong, it's for just in case the plant closes, but any extra I add to it gets spent on my family and myself. In a few months I can save the money I used to smoke every week and do something like take my nephew to Disney World or buy a new computer for my other sister who's disabled and on SSI.

I'm not against saving, but I bust my ass 40+ hours a week, I'm gonna have fun spending it. I get more out of doing shit for someone else. I always have, I just don't like being taken advantage of or being treated like she treats me.

We're back in BC for a couple of weeks. Missus, Toodles and myself have been staying at my folk's place. I thought I was crazy. Well...I am crazy (I have a Dr.'s note to prove it), but these people are fucking bonkers. Well...Pop has Alzheimer's, so he's pretty safe in that 'not-emotionally-committed-to-pissing-me-off' sort of way. But the Moms is something else. And let's not forget my bro. Love em to death...but I'm close to losing my mind. They're a bunch of godamned lunatics.

Our last week in Canada will by with my inlaws. It will be very calm, quiet and totally relaxing.
