Welcome to the Hockey Talk board. I'd like to start out by saying anyones welcome to post here as long as it's about hockey in some capacity.

Some general rules:

1. As stated earlier, discussion should pertain to hockey in some manner.

2. It's not NHL exclusive, you can talk about any level.

3. There isn't any direct rules on trolling, ect.. but there is a time and a place for it. You cant start flame war threads but don't try to derail serious hockey talk threads with rude and ill-advised posts.

4. If someone doesn't know as much as you or wants to learn, you don't have to help out but don't be a dick unless they are asking for it.

Feel free to introduce yourself below. Some good information to include when you introduce yourself would be, if you play hockey, what position do you play, favorite teams, favorite players, ect.

I'll start.

I'm Kenny, I play JV level hockey for my highschool. I play both left wing and right wing since I suck so much it doesn't matter! I'm starting my second season of being on a team this year, and I've been playing in general for about three and a half years.

My favorite team is the Penguins, and other NHL teams I like are the Calgary Flames, the Colorado Avalanche, and the Tampa Bay Lightning. My favorite CHL team is the Niagara IceDogs.


My all-time favorite players are, Peter Forsberg, Pavel Bure, and Jarome Iginla. My favorite active players are Jarome Iginla and Dougie Hamilton.

I'm very into hockey, it's one of the biggest parts of my life. I'm not a fan who just cheers for my team, I'm very interested in the front end, management aspect, like drafting, trading, and signing players. Being an NHL GM is my dream job. I'm always game for some indepth hockey talk.
