First time I saw one I was like « Wtf is that ? Damn sexy car ! » but then I remembered it is a dodge.I was wondering what was your opinions of you guys on the car.It is suppose to be cheap, fuel efficient, sporty etc...But I'm not a naive compulsive buyer,so I'm looking for advices..thanks

I think they look like a '97 Escort.

The one I drove was ridiculously underpowered and just "delicate".

i drove one the week they came out. Here's what I liked:
the styling
the interior
the wheels

here's what I didn't like:
the 1.4L in the version I drove was ridiculously gutless next to the Cruze engine (my mom, at that point, had a 2011 Cruze Eco with the 6spd auto). Also, the car didn't feel as 'solid' as the Cruze (Shaddup you fucking haters). The steering was a little vague and the brakes were a little vague. Keep in mind that this was also one step up from the el cheapo base car as well... I'm sure the Dart R/T is probably way more fun to drive.

To be honest, had the car had a little more power and not felt so heavy, i might've actually bought one.

Skip it... Buy German or Japanese... Hell buy a Hyundai. Americans can't build anything good, especially cars and motorcycles.

Drove one with the turbo 1.4 in it and was not impressed with it at all for the price they wanted for it.

Im a Dodge guy most of the time and I would tell someone to look elsewhere. The build quality on the Kia I bought instead is 10x what the Darts receive.

My little sister has a 05 Neon and that thing puts enough of a bad taste in my mouth to stay away from small Dodge cars...

Already past that actually and no complaints yet. The build quality of it is seriously better than the darts believe it or not. I was extremely disappointed in the Dart, I actually went to the dealer wanting to test drive one and buy one. My mind was quickly changed.

Lots of people are having unresolvable cold start issues with the Dart. I'd stay away.

Everyone I know that has bought a new car in the past three years has bought a Kia and has no complaints.
