It's a ROLLS-ROYCE.

With a bodykit.

Which is kind of like giving the Pope breast implants.

I'm shocked that they make body kits for R-R's.

As does this:

It's incredibly white.

Oh good, my slow clap processor made it into this thing.

For those who are into this sort of thing.

http://www.1000sel.com/

Thanks for sharing that... that site is awesome in so many ways.

I forgot about the Gemballa Porsches. Had a 1/24 scale model of one years ago.

That is the best car stereo I have ever seen.

Edit: And inside the trunk...

Conspicuous consumption at its best?

Almost anything "Evo Look", although there was an awesome kit for the Dodge Colt a few years back, which was a Mitsubishi Mirage, which is what the early Evo was based on.

The body stuff is tolerable but the interior made my eyes hurt.

this is about as far as I went with the interior hoo-ha in the early 2000's. This was my 98 Cavalier RS after attacking it with metallic blue paint and clearcoat.

THAT is a well-done interior. A little bit of splash, but not too much.

there was a ton of prep time in doing that... all the pieces had to be stripped and the vents had to be disassembled. The door and console pieces had to be painted, repainted and then cleared. Took a couple of days. I used to leave the back seat folded down, so there was a neon tube between the speakers above the trunk and two neon tubes under the seat. Keep in mind that was in 2003 or so, the height of the '2 Fast 2Furious' age.

I did a similar thing to my Daytona. All the dash trim was done in the same silver as the exterior of the car. I don't have any pics, but I thought it looked good.

And yeah, after going to see the first F&F, (I was 18 then) I immediately decided I was a street racer and the "mods" began.

I did the opposite on my Tercel- after the car went from blue to white, any blue interior trim (how it was from factory) went to satin black.

that was it, there was so much gray and black in the Cavalier, I wanted some color and the body color was just not available in a rattle can (medium opal blue metallic) so we went with an electric blue. I never got into the bodykits or underbody neons like my friends did.
My car was kind of el cheapo mods that worked.

I kinda just collected the "body kit" for my Tercel- the fender flares were from a Mk2 VW, the front lip was from a Colt, the fog lights were from a Forester, the 3 pieces rear spoiler was from a Paseo. And the carbon fiber hood was a one off made by some Tercel enthusiast. I think it weighed 9 lbs.

Damn it I miss that car...

the Yugo looks like the one my friend Robby did... they put a GV on a Jeep frame. Had to have asbestos socks to drive it though... the exhaust manifold was awful close to your feetsies.
