That I traded it in on a 2013 Drivers Edition GTI! We were looking to get back to 2 cars from 3, so I needed a 4 door. Traded my 2010 GTI and my wife's car on this. It's a demo with only 2400 miles... has nav, leather, sunroof, etc. Awesome car!

Congrats! The MK6 GTI is truly a great car. My boyfriend has a 2013 Wolfsburg (nav, dynaudio, push start, sunroof, uber sexy 18in Watkins wheels), what a blast to drive. The plad seats are sooooo sexy. The steering wheel is money too. I love everything about this car, expect the sluggish nav unit.

They're tons of fun, right? Extremely comfortable and pretty responsive. 31 mpg is icing on the cake. Oddly enough, this one feels a lot slower than my 2010 2 door. I confirmed by letting my buddy (also has a 2010 2 door) drive it. Rides much smoother though.

I'm going to miss the plaid in my 2010, but leather is much more desirable for me with kids, dog, etc.

Which nav does your bf have? I was shocked how quick this one was, but that's coming from Honda/Acura units.

He came from a 2010 Genesis 2.0T GT, and even though the Hyundai has more power and torque, you could never tell cause the GTI feels so much quicker. I've been driving it a lot lately since my car committed suicide, and I'm really in love with it.

He's got the RNS510 head unit. The nav works well, but it seems like there's a second delay for everything, even basic switching of radio stations.

Yeah, there's the difference. This is an RNS 315 from what I can tell. Sounds pretty great too... can't imagine how good the Dynaudio would sound!

"Drivers Edition?" as opposed to passengers edition?

Ha! It was even purchased with (gasp!) points from my GM Card. I've always had Chevy trucks. I actually like Chevys... as long as they have a frame and a V8.

Yes, as opposed to the passenger only edition offered by Google.

The redemption amounts are a bit disappointing... I was only allowed $1500 on a truck that had an MSRP around $38k.
