Walking along Bloor I came across this under construction gem. Nice view from the roof. I wonder what is being built on the main floor? Also there are these GIANT machines placed strategically throughout the building (picture attached) , anyone know their purpose?

The main floor is the basketball/volleyball court. Any other pictures of inside? would love to see what inside looks like as they should be done soon.
