I don't - but it's only because I collect 45s and not albums or CDs or whatever else.
A lot of the stuff in my collection is obscure and has a good chance of not being listed on Discogs. And the submission process on Discogs is a pain in the ass. I need a database that I can catalog my 45s on and easily add record information, label scans, and the like without jumping through hoops.
So I use 45cat. Here's my collection so far.

However, compared to Discogs, it's woefully incomplete - which can be attributed to a much smaller userbase and a shorter timeline of existence. I haven't catalogued any of my albums or tapes yet.
