Hey guys,

I usually take the back roads home from work, but have been taking the highway as of late. I found a few new (small) places along the way.

-Abandoned Silo, Porter Road, Bethany. Derelict silo, sitting across the road from a functioning gas station. I stopped my Jeep on the side of the road, and nobody said anything. While taking some pictures, the property owner from the adjacent farm came by, and asked if I needed something. I told him I was just shooting some pictures, and he said no problem. Pretty cool, but nothing spectacular. I suspect the door is open, as there was a crack between the door and frame.

-Closed down gas station, 35/115, Orono. Southbound on hwy 115, sits a small gas station, that has become victim to the larger ones built just up the road at the newcastle exit. Inside is evidence of a small storefront, as well as many household items, suggesting that the owner was living here. There was no POE, but all the windows show most of the interior. There seems to be a basement, but I will wait for somebody else to open the place up.

Let's add all the small, less desirable abandonments here, and hopefully together, we can find something cool!
