Found this thanks to a member of an online urbex group. Was a fun explore. Signs of party use (and a tim hortons ice cap cup) but not too much damage. 1.

I rather enjoyed your two earlier thread photo posts from your U.S. explorations. Nice to see you posting here too. And with that, welcome to the Ontario forum!

Thanks

My american explores seemed to have more street cred, so I posted them first. I have a few more from the Ottawa area (where I'm located) I'll post when I get a chance.

I guess the good thing about houses not having any of the previous owner's stuff is that teenagers can't trash the place as easily. Nice set!

Wow... It's beautiful. I'd love to live there and fix it up. I hope someone else does before it gets demo'd or whatever..

Well I don't think it will be demoed but apparently it will be used as a commercial building within mixed residential commercial development, so the interior will probably lose a lot of its character. Better than being steamrolled though.

Electric baseboard heating...must of cost a mild fortune to heat this place in the winter !!

My Goodness! Looks like someone left and boarded it up. Wonder if there is anything much wrong with it? Nice home! The roof doesn't even look that bad. What a shame.
