I was visiting a friend when he mentioned a "creepy looking building" near his house. He'd never explored anything abandoned before but was curious to try... So I said hell, why not and off we went.

Warning, the house still has power and there are several lights on both outside and inside. The power meter had some code flashing that I'd seen before so I can only assume they are no longer billing the address but I'm not sure. I'm guessing the property is owned by a developer, because there's new cookie-cutter subdivisions surrounding it. This house was accessible but the house next door to it which is also abandoned was not.

This house is one of the oddest I've seen, there's carpet everywhere - including in the bathroom. The colour selection is... Interesting, at best. & it's obvious the house is used for parties, due to the starbucks cups, Smirnoff ices and starburst wrappers in a bedroom upstairs. Oh, and the used condoms littered on the staircase and bedrooms... Ick.

What a bizarre mix of interior styles in one house. You find some whacked-out places.

The spiral staircase in the kitchen was a poor design. Imagine walking downstairs for a late night snack in the dark, ouch!

Another nice find!

Anything with an awesome spiral staircase...I gotta know, where did the spiral staircase lead? The basement? A library?

There's so much going on with this place...(Faux?) marble bathtub, pink walls, large staircases...

So cool.

Just to a big empty concrete basement. It had a desk and a filing cabinet in it and thats all. Oh, and the mold covered spiders. Now that was disgusting.

That house looks quite nice, I wonder if it could be restored?
