I like this building because it has a very odd layout.

Hotel, commercial and condo units.

Hotel in 550, with condos in 552 and 55. Main floor is commercial. Mostly restaurants. Three lower parking levels. 12 floors of condos and hotel.

Three different addresses and three different buildings up to and including the third floor. Beyond the third floor, they are connected. Said for the restricted access between the hotel and condos. You can walk between buildings, and not even know it.

The residential and hotel are separated by a shared stairwell, with keycard access for each, restricting access. Security has access to both.

Also, the 12 floor condo building only has elevators up to ten. After that it is walk-up only.

The 11th floor has only four residential units. The 12th floor has only two. The rest being mechanical/equipment and fan rooms.

The first floor of 55 Stewart Street has two-floor condos. There is also no elevator to the rest of the building from this section, only stairs.

The parking has three levels, shared by public parking, hotel and residential.

Nice building, but from the research I have done, very expensive.
I don`t know how much a room in the hotel costs, but the condos rent starts at $2300.

So we're just posting pictures of active buildings anyone can walk into now..? Okay.

This is the absolute stupidest comment I have ever seen.
Besides, people should just be happy that there is still someone willing to contribute. Although, I don`t know any more.

I spent quite a few nights at 1812 the club in thompson basement back in my clubbing days and made it up to the rooftop once using some decent social engineering and some name dropping. I also had a friend that lived there for a while. If you do make it to the roof top, pretend you like wine and order the cheapest wine ($50ish). Easiest way to get "bottle service" treatment without spending $300 + tax and tip on smirnoff. Even though I had some firends who were working there, it wasn't easy to get up top. If you go around film festival time you will 100% see a-list celebrities. Not that I care.... yeah I want to try and pick up chicks while Brad Pitt's around...

This whole property is pretty snooty, and it takes "knowing people" to get in. Thanks for sharing. I didn't realize it was laid out this way.

You know if you pay the top dollar to stay at the thompson, you're not guaranteed access to the roof? It's a firecode thing apparently. They'll also ask you to leave at a certain point if really important people show up or if you stop ordering bottles.

I agree, Infiltration was mostly active buildings and public spaces compared to all the abandoned places and rooftops that tend to be posted here.
