Hey everyone, this is my first post!

I've been (silently) urban exploring for many years and not posting in forums about it. It was time for that to change. I'm glad to see there are many more of you out there! I'd love to get to know you more.

At this point, Camp 30 is a tourist attraction and it has felt like that for some time now. It is still a great place to explore and to photograph nonetheless. I've explored this location in the summer, fall and winter and all my photos turn out completely different. What I love about it is how there are so many different perspectives that can be photographed and they never turn out the same.

I took a infrared converted DSLR (Nikon D7000) to Camp 30 last year in the winter on a super cold day and got some eerie shots. I usually use a 14-24mm and hi-res camera (Nikon D800) when I explore. I also enjoy exploring at night -I get to experiment with long exposures and flash. Camp 30 is the ideal location for beginner explorers and photographers who aren't fans of taking too many risks. It's a real playground.

I'd love to see everyone's photos! Here are mine below

Cheers!
