Well, on New Years day this year, me and about 15 others (way to many people i know) hit up an old stelco factory on burlington street that made steel bars back in the day. i believe a german company owns the factory now yet its not active. There is security that sits inside in an office, he wasn't there from our knowledge that particular day. We only walked around for about 30 mins, not venturing to far around the factory since many people we were with did not do this often and were timid. I would like to go back but its pretty sketchy. The film I shot was way more expired than I originally thought so many of my photos didn't turn out but here are a few that my friends took (plus some of mine).

Whoa, I had no idea that place was as abandoned as it is. I remember reading an article a year or so ago that the owner was planning to restart production. Clearly that isn't the case.

Nicely done. Wish I had the balls to even approach anything near US Steel lands.
