Train Engine in an abandoned building by

I recently was exploring a large abandoned industrial location, completely fenced off and clearly abandoned and in very bad shape. There were large portions of roof and siding ripped off from wind damage, broken windows and the inside was just a large empty space.
I was photographing a very large puddle on the ground and the reflections that it was creating when I spotted a giant train engine on the other side of the building. I headed over and realized that 5-10% of this property is actually not abandoned and is still in use.
Quietly, I headed over to the train engine to get some shots of it, unsure of if we were alone in this building. Sure enough, we caught a whiff of fresh paint, it would seem that someone might have been at the back of the train in the tarped off paint booth.
With that, we snapped a few last shots and made our way out the way we came in. There is no doubt that most of this building is abandoned, with the exception of this small part.
