	So I was down last month over memorial day to a small island near Wilmington NC, stumbled upon this old vanagon, left a note... long story short I talked to the owner and she was mine for free as long as I give her a good home. Van is a 91 westfalia full camper, she bought it brand new and had it shipped to Europe in 92 where her and her girl friend traveled and its been in over ten countrys. She then had it shipped back and used it as a daily driver till about two years ago and parked it do to the (obvious) front nose rust issues. So a friend and I drove down the 600 miles and drug her home on a rented U haul dolly with my bmw x5. me on the right:

	its hard matching the face to the posts... you don't look like a dick in the pics. your obsession with Westies rivals mine with 80's Z24's... only you can still find Westies.

	Glad you rescued that Westfalia...my Aunt and Uncle used to have one and I loved that thing, so much fun.

It's currently wrapped up like a burrito at my inlaws till one day I get time to get it fixed up .

	Nice save there! That thing was on its way to the junkyard if you hadnt swooped in to save it. You have quite a bit of work to do to save that one though.

Yeah I'm going to re-body it, I just don't think the body is worth fixing .
