Thinking about building a rail bike myself, wondering if anyone has any experience or tips on building and operating one. Hoping to use it to find some urbex and photography locations along the rails and just have a new hobby.

Never done it. Always thought it was a cool idea and could be a lot of fun.

Could also be a good way to get run over.

And it might open you up to some serious trespassing charges, depending on where you are located.
