Greetings! I'm quite new to Urban Exploration, but I've gotten really interested in it since my friend showed me pictures from his endeavours, and now I find myself going for bike rides, keeping an eye out for places to explore and good pictures to take. Exploration really intruiges me because I'm not entirely sure what I enjoy about it, but I find myself desiring to do it more for photography and introspection, I suppose.

These pictures were taken from a trip around town with my friend last night. Night shots are a learning experience in trying to find the correct settings so you generally get what you see through the viewfinder, or is nice with the differences it has.

Anyways, it's nice to meet you all, and hopefully there will be more pictures to come.

One of the aspects I really like about rooftop views of the city is the angle at which you view the streets. It makes it feel isometric, and you begin to see the grid that the city is designed to be.

Very nice intro, you'll fit in well here. I love rooftopping but havnt done much lately.

A few nights ago we climbed our old school and the water tower just out of that town. It was my first experience with heights where you don't have walls and window between the wind and you. Funny enough I didn't feel that nervous. I've a feeling if there weren't such frequent break stops and it was day time, I'd feel it more. I like heights though, the skyline is a great reward. The pictures could have been so much better, but neither of us have a tripod, and my hands were shaking a little bit from all the climbing.
