Some dude stopped by last evening to look over my old Ford,he's pretty interested..told me maybe we could work out a trade w/some cash too,He has a '02 Dodge Dakota with a rebuilt V6,rebuilt transmission.auto,2wd extended cab,blacked out,primer grey,tinted windows,blacked out magnum rims,all terrain tires,90,000 miles on the motor,about 200,000 on the actual odometer and a 2'' lift,he never changed the instrument cluster/dash over.
I love my car but a truck is so much better.I owned two pickups..first one being this,a '99 Ford Ranger extended cab with 248,000 miles.ran like a champ until the motor seized and the second being a 2000 GMC sonoma 'club cab' with a 4 banger.I'm wondering if it's worth the trade

And here's the second truck I've owned,I put some work into that one.Made it up to the northwestern part of the state and back no problem,well aside from the heater taking a shit on me..that was a really cold frost bitten drive back to the city

Not completely for free,Trade with probably $1000 cash or he may just buy the car outright and the climate here is just like well,think Texas during the summer months and Saskatchewan during the winter months,the body is all re-done/re-painted

its the chassis that rots like no tomorrow thats the issue

I brought the Fusion to a defensive driving workshop that included a slalom, skid pad, braking test, and other assorted fun vehicular exercises.

Some poor bastard brought an early-00s Dakota. Watching that thing try to brake was HILARIOUS. It performed like a truck that was 40 years older than itself, or maybe worse.
