Australia - Sydney.

I was contemplating on doing this set for a few months now, as it's current state has nothing left to show...
But then again i decided that this story needs to be told as i grew up in the area and used to go past this little place every day.

Going back to 1994, when my family lived in the area i used to go past this place and always deep within wonder what was the story behind this place.

Back then it was looked after well, grass mown, fence still standing and a little old man who would be seen walking around the property with his walking frame. If it was to get his mail, or hand up washing, but i saw him outside very often.

Mind you this land size is huge, where you could easily fit 40 of these houses on it comfortably. Instead right in the middle was always this little house.

I never saw however anyone visiting this little man, or any vehicles parked on/near the property. I didn't take much thought to this however.

Once i moved out of the area i still visited some family near this place from time to time. As i drove past i still saw this little man hanging around, but property began overgrowing now however.

From what i can remember this little man was absent from my views as i drove past from time to time around 2010. But figured he may have been inside etc.

2012 I started to see his fencing around the property becoming non-existent with local kids on dirt bikes using this huge land as a dirt bike trail. From there i figured that little old man has moved on to another house and land should shortly go up for sale... But signs never went up... so now in 2015 I figured I'd go and see what was left of the place.

When i looked inside it instantly hit me, this little man has most definitely moved on from this world rather to another house as all his furniture was still there (heavily vandalized by now though).

His bed, couch, kitchen cupboards, clothes storage ... all still there. It made me really wonder who was this little old man. Was he alone all of his life ? Did he pass away lonely? Or did he just have kids who never cared about him. The fact that such big land is still not for sale, and the condition of the place i'll go with the first option. (Keep in mind blocks in this area sell between $1.5mill - $4.5mill)

Who was he, what was his story... I guess no one will ever know... If someone does however, please let me know.

1. No family.

2. The bunker.

3. We are having a party tonight.

4. Blocked in.

5. There are flowers there.

6. Relax, it's enough already.

7. Midnight hunger.

8. Lets all gather together.

9. Searching for the owner.

10. Hide in here.

11. Final push.

12. Let's put it all behind us.

13. Claim what is ours.

14. Heard it all before.

15. Desert.

16. And that is how we did it.

That was no old man that was the Krampus! That was where he lived the other 364 days out of the year!

Seriously though sad story. As far as who he was, he was my long lost uncle - who I have loved and cherished all my life. Anyone know a real estate broker in Australia....
