Met up with Z0th for a trip back to a sweet industrial spot with the hopes of getting the other half of the place in. Upon our arrival we met up with TheSwanStation who was up from NY state and proceeded to hit our poe and make our way in to the foundry. It's been a couple weeks since the last trip and sure enough, demo seems to be in full swing now. New piles of scrap lay about, pieces I remembered from last time are now gone and the worst part, the way in to the other half, chained up! No luck this time so we wandered through the familiar side which still yielded a few new surprises.

On to the pics!

Those little punch cards held pieces of microfiche right? If so I would love to get a look at whats on them.

Great shots dude! I had a blast exploring this amazing place with you guys. Hopefully we can get a peak at the rest of it before it's gone.

Those punch cards had what looked to be film negatives of all the blueprints of parts they made there. There were literally thousands of them!

For sure Swan, will be good to explore some more stuff! Thanks CStar, I shoot with a Canon 6D, usually paired with either a Sigma 35 or 50 ART.

Demo is progressing pretty quick here & they work on the weekend & the police like to lurk around the area.

would have loved to see this! shame it's demo'd, I'd love to see more historic sites imo, things from the 70's or before, that haven't been changed much since.

Zen, I think you could walk into the most mundane and boring of places and still be able to make a thoroughly captivating visual experience with your style of shooting.
