Absolutelly unreal!
Love to see people with passion make something real out of it rather than just "think" it.

Hats off to you sir for showing us something as cool as this

I'm pleased that it wasn't uncomfortable to hike around for a while in. Good to know for future trips.

And for if North Korea continues to develop their nuclear capabilities, har har.

This is all very impressive. I would encourage you as a next step to get more creative with poses and then try this out in a wider variety of locations. Take that as an encore rather than a criticism, because I'm eager to see more.

I think it's time to go to the mall and get some pecan braids at Panera Bread dressed like this.

Very awesome dude! Mad props! I really dig the spark plug shoulder pads and I laughed picturing you pulling that thing behind your car! Talk about thinking outside the box.

Thanks all. Ed, I was thinking starbucks.
At one point a group of Mexicans drove over in the desert to see what the hell was going on and then just parked and stared.

Steed, you're totally right. I don't know how to quite be on the other side of the lens. Having someone follow me around while I was already exploring is easier and got less of my posed Blue Steel.

I tried to play photographer and model at a location this past weekend.
I forgot my remote so I had to do the 10sec timer and run thing.

#1 Do you think it'd be more explainable that you're trespassing just for photography if you were all cosplayed out?

#2 If someone spotted you and approached you, what do you think the craziest thing you could say to make them weird out? I was thinking something along the lines of them saying "What do you think you're doing here?" and just replying straight faced, "Tell me what year this is."

Wow, these are all fantastic! A really unique take on photography and abandoned places that I personally haven't seen before. Great job with the outfit and gear, it looks really great. I definitely get the post-apocalyptic vibe when looking at these photos. I don't think you look too posed either, I enjoyed those photos just as much as the others.

Thanks guys and Storytrail!
Yeah Speed, lighting is tough. Before post, I was a lot darker and the background bright.
#4 I had no idea what to do but the background is too good not to do something with. #1 was the most fun to pose.

The pic where your with truck reminds me of Walking Dead's Darryl Dixon
I think asking "what year is this?" would be perfect...lol would love to see the look on person's face too

Thoroughly enjoyed this post...thanks for sharing

Thanks.
Leaflover, When I saw the truck I couldn't help going for the distributor after bored-watching "The Last Survivors" on Netflix.

Anytime Speed.
I feel I can take more liberties in processing with this series, which helps since I'm relying on minimal natural lighting.

That one also really doesn't look much like you're posing. Quite good acting.

If you were caught in a place like that dressed like this, wouldn't people just think you were homeless/an eccentric hermit? Granted the camera equipment may give you away.
