Park at the church and pop your hood, don't open it all the way.

There were two shootings in the HAM last night, one right next door to me a few weeks ago, and a drive by in Skagit yesterday.

What's HAM, precious?

edit; If you like selfies, now you don't even have to wait for someone else to get you with that .45

I don't understand why people think it's cool to take selfies with their guns. I did some artsy stuff with me and one of mine a while ago but nothing that I would share and nothing to make myself look "cool" or tough." People...

This is what I have been doing lately because I've come to the point where searching for a place to park makes me look more suspicious than parking in front like I own the damn place.

Well the fact is you don't...
That works well sometimes unless the owner or neighbors see you or the cops have been told to investigate all vehicles parked on or near the property or even to tow/impound them.

They can also wait by your vehicle for you to come back and impound the vehicle if you don't. Been there done that, fortunately I read the writing on the wall and didn't keep the PA Trooper waiting that long.
He thought I was a poacher; never assume anything!

If you land in a hot LZ... expect to get burned.

Fair enough. I'd like to emphasize that I don't directly recommend that anyone does it.

After a point once you reach a certain skill level it comes back down to dumb luck.
"Some days it rains rain, other days it rains bombs" peasant farmer quote from Nam.

The only sure fire method that always works is to get permission. Getting it is the trick.
At a prime site, this is the way to shoot
Never had it at Beth Steel but there, even with it they didn't want you going high. High is better.
Demo contractors proved to be a lot more fun to work with.

All that said, I've walked miles to get to a site.
Freight RR tracks can be a perfect route if available.
At Beth, it was just 2 blocks predawn.
Going predawn works wonders sometimes.
