Occasionally a hunch comes up trumps.

This was one of those hunches.

It's not often I discover something that leaves my jaw on the floor but after walking into here I needed a car jack to get it back where it should have been.

I'm purposely keeping it short and sweet so I can let the photos do the talking.

That's in an amazingly good state. It looks as though you could just sweep up the dust and hold a congregation the same day. Awesome find.

I can still picture the moment you walked right past the POE and I had to call you back to it, myself not believing it was actually open lol!

I doubt I'm ever going to find anything that tops this place. I just wish I'd taken more photos but I was too in awe to really concentrate on the photography side of it.

I found it by accident whilst random google map scanning about a month before I went on my trip, the street view shows a much more in use building than it is now but I had a hunch...

Essex went back the weekend just gone and found it completely sealed, so I think we got very lucky.
