Last summer I visited Tranquille on the lake or also known as Padova a couple times and was planning on taking some friends there this summer while we were in Bc. I see the website for the farm surrounding it has changed and talks about some housing community but none of the hyper links on the site work. Does anyone know whats going on there and if the town is still explorable or if it is being torn down? :/

I was there a few months back. Was there on a holiday, not a soul there. There are no trespassing signs by the entrance. The towns explorable just all of the buildings are boarded up. Who knows if you get lucky you may be able to get inside one!

I was there last summer a few times and now know the place inside and out pretty well including all the tunnels. Just saw the change on the website saying something about them building a housing development so wanted to make sure nothing changed since last summer.

Ummm... Three families live up front in the houses. But yeah ok, not a soul there...

Quick sunset snapshot I got with my phone, not the best quality lol.

I explored this whole place almost two years ago now. Someone actually bought the place and is setting up their business on the property while demolishing some of the buildings on site (they might even live on the property now). Lots of construction. They really REALLY hate trespassers if you get caught. I'd love to hear about whats going on there recently and if it's still worth checking out.
